A topic i believe we all have dealt with at some point in our lives….but fear will only hold you back and should have no space in your life We have all faced times when the lack of confidence in ourselves makes us lose something that we want. This low self-confidence and self-esteem may show up as fear or as simple inaction.

  1. One thing that is for sure Action cures fear. Identify and isolate your fear and take constructive action. Scared of public speaking? speak out  Make a toast at a friend’s wedding. Inaction strengthens fear and corrodes confidence.
  2. Exude positivity. try to stay as positve as you can Make a conscious effort to deposit only positive thoughts in your memory bank. Do not dwell on negative experiences or allow negative thoughts to morph into mental monsters. feeling good about yourself, you will become more confident.
  3. Keep things in perspective. Remember that people are more alike than different. Get a balanced view of the other person and try to develop an understanding attitude, particularly when you are in an uncomfortable situation. This builds confidence when talking to new people.
  4. Practice. The experience of failure makes it easy for us to give up, letting fear and self-doubt win. But if you persevere and keep striving for your goals, you will be able to destroy your fear of failure and push past your limitations. Practice does make perfect.
  5. If you want To think confidently, act confidently. Research has shown that faking confidence can actually lead to the real thing. The more scared and unconfident you feel, the more confident you should act. David Schwartz recommends five specific behaviours we can use to build confidence: sit in front, make eye contact walk faster, speak up (offer your opinion) and smile.

Now that your moving on your journey to success, Its does not matter if its as spouse, being a parent in the home , succeeding financially or if you in a business, or even how much you can contribute to society,there will be people who will be hating. I know you have probably heard that before, but I think it’s really important for us to take a deeper look at that today.

Haters is something that has come up against you and me our entire lives. And guess what – it will continue to come up against us for the rest of our lives.

It seems Whenever you decide to go and do something unique, different, or meaningful; when you decide that the status norm is just not for you; whenever you decide you don’t want a mediocre family, you don;t want an average marriage, a ‘normal’ lifestyle, there are people who will hate you for that!

But you have to understand that it has nothing to do with you. It has everything to do with them.

When ever you make a decision to go against the grain and try something different, you should just know just know there will be people who will not and do not want to understand what you’re doing. They will misjudge you t alk about you, and be jealous of you. But that is not on you! That is their problem.

So as you go on a whole new journey to your success, it will provoke jealousy and judgment from other people. But don’t worry it’s worth it! Because even if you did not to do anything special or unique or different, there are still be people who will talk about what your doing you and be jealous of you! That’s just part of life.

Do not let  somebody else’sHaying stop you from going after what is iyou want in life! Don’t use their judgment as a reason to shrink back or quit. Those people have been put in your life to strengthen your resolve and to push you closer to your destiny

With a rough economy, a scary news broadcast every night, it is easy to question if happiness and positivity truly exist. There are several habits you can practice in your life in order to understand. Does happiness really exist?  First, you have to be friendly. “Be friendly and helpful toward everyone you meet. Being friendly does not mean you have to bring home everyone you meet, but you can always put up a good, warm behavior in front of others. When you give positive vibes, you will attract positive vibes.”

It also gives you more positive vibes sent your way as you send out positive vibes. It is the law of attraction: what you send out, you will get in return.” Part of being nice to people, being friendly, is also all about giving service to others. Now what does that mean? It means that you put yourself out there and “try to look out for those around you. Helping family members, co-workers, and friends can give your life meaning and joy. Selfishness, on the other hand, will only provide temporary pleasure. Obviously there are some aspects of life where you must focus on yourself, like your body’s need for food and sleep, but only focusing on your own needs will never result in true happiness.”

It is not all about doing things for others, too. Part of this is about a mental approach to life. You do not just have to act this way, you have to think this way, too: “Think positive. Always. Does happiness really exist? Take lessons from the events in your life. Do not get disappointed by anything. If you think positive, things will turn positive for you sooner or later.” And it is crucial to remember this piece of advice because our thoughts help shape our lives. The way we think helps us perceive actions in a certain way. If you think that the universe is out to get us, everything will seem negative and predatory. If the way you think is positive, then the universe will send you good things, eventually.

Part of happiness is all about remaining calm. “Remain cool and calm as a person. Ignore the negativity (negative comments, happenings, people) around you. Be understanding: many times hard feelings exist due to not understanding the person’s view point. When you start putting yourself in the person’s place you begin to understand why he says what he says and you start breaking the wall of ego.”

Does happiness really exist?

And finally, you have to ““Forgive and forget. Don’t let hatred breed and settle inside you. If you forgive you will be able to forget. Forgiving may not be easy but it brings you tremendous peace. Forgive for your sake, if not theirs.

How You Can Develop The Power Of Belief 

Believing in yourself is essential towards achieving personal success. Without self-belief, we tend to make poor decisions based on self-doubt and fear rather than what’s best for us. These decisions may lead to self-destructive behaviour such as working at a job you hate because you believe you can’t find a better job, staying in a bad relationship because you believe you don’t deserve a better one, and so on and so forth. If you do not believe whole-heartedly in yourself, you will not allow yourself to pursue success.

 

  1. Visualise success, not failure. Whether at work or at home, train yourself to substitute success thinking for failure thinking. When put in a competitive situation, think “I’m equal to the best” not “I’m inferior to everyone else. Let the “I Will Succeed” mentality overwhelm al the negativity in your mind. Visualising success conditions your mind to create ways to produce success. Conversely, visualising failure does the exact opposite.
  2. Be your own biggest cheerleader. Look at yourself in the mirror daily and remind yourself that you are better than you think you are. Success does not require super powers or super intellect. Nor is it based on pure luck. Successful people are just ordinary people who believe wholeheartedly in themselves and in what they do. Never short-change yourself.
  3. 3      Believe big. Dreaming big is an important part of achieving success for anyone. The size of our success is only limited by the size of our belief. Often people are scared to think big because they are scared, or they think they are incapable of or do not deserve success. But remember this, big dreamers, big thinkers achieve big results. Do not limit yourself.

 

Develop the power of belief in yourself by following the three simple tips presented above and watch your life grow in abundance and prosperity. Remember, you can only be as much as what you believe yourself to be.
